Refund & Return Policy

At Mundiya International Ltd., we value customer satisfaction. Our Refund & Return Policy explains when and how returns or refunds are accepted.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are only accepted for vehicles with significant, undisclosed issues upon delivery.
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the vehicle.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-ordered or modified vehicles cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Refund Process

Upon approval of return, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.
Refunds are made through the original mode of payment unless otherwise agreed.

4. Deductions

Refunds may be subject to inspection, handling, and administrative charges.

5. No Refund for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after full payment and delivery.
